Panera has a lot of calories bombs but also makes it easy to customize and find something light. I always get the pick 2. You et soup or salad and half a sandwich. It's awesome Love the unsweetened acai iced tea. Free refills on that. Chicken noodle soup is really good. Service is fast even with a large crowd in the lunch hour. If you're looking for pastries their scones are very good as well.

Have gone to this location several times and am always impressed. The staff is always super polite and welcoming even when it is a busy weekday lunch hour. They even offer samples if you're having trouble deciding. The bakery area is always well stocked. Some favorites of Panera in general include: black bean soup, vegetable soup with pesto, Asian chicken salad, Thai chicken salad, tuna salad sandwich, Cuban panini, Napa almond chicken salad sandwich. I recently tried a soba noodle bowl with chicken and it was yummy. Perfect size with a side of baguette. And I absolutely love the strawberry poppyseed chicken salad. Wish it was around all year!! Losing one star because it is always freezing in here despite the time of year. Not a comfortable eating atmosphere.

Panera Bread seems to be everywhere now We got breakfast at this location and then shopped across the street The service was good and quick I got an iced coffee and a breakfast sandwich and both were good The coffee was a bit strong but I needed it after a 5 hour red eye The sandwich was actually really good and I will prolly get it again when I run into a Panera I do have to say I like Paradise Bakery a little more but I believe they are the same company Both great

This restaurant's food is consistent with the Panera standard. It's location is convenient, in the middle of King of Prussia across the street from the huge mall. It likely has an edge on convenience and accessibility compared to the many food options in the mall, unless you are on a shopping expedition. I met my brother for lunch here. It was easier to describe its location than many of the mall restaurants.

Vincent, is VERY rude. Rude enough for me to not return to this store, specifically. I picked up a pick up order and who would've thought that you could have lousy service in such a brief amount of time. I'll keep it short because it doesn't deserve much of my time, but I felt very judged, rushed and uncomfortable. I will not give this store another dollar of my money.

Panera and I get along very well. Sandwiches? Good. Soup? Gooood. Put those items in a bakery, and hopefully you are guaranteed a good meal. My one suggestion is to go for cold signature sandwiches, and salads too, rather than their delicious sounding paninis because the hot sandwiches are premade, and thrown on the grill to order. Not a bad thing at all, but just not as fresh and the made to order (therefore customizable) items. Panera is what Panera does; it's fast casual, familiar food. It's generally about a dollar more than I'd like to pay for this kind of set up in this kind of economy, but what are ya gonna do. I've gone here quite a few times, and I like that they don't bat an eye when I go in to buy just a Dr. Pepper in order to enjoy a work break and the free wifi. The cashiers and sandwich makers have always been very friendly, and I've even been witness to a manager very efficiently and politely settling a complaining customer straight, and happy to boot. Good job. I merely dock one star for the almost complete lack of healthy, low sodium foods and that there aren't as many new items added to the menu as personally I enjoy.

I'm giving this fours stars on general ambiance and taste of the food. I was attending a conference in the area and didn't want to spend an arm and a leg for dinner. This Panera is in a nice little shopping center across from the King of Prussia Mall. When I came by about 6:30 or so, there was hardly anyone in the place. The manager waiting on me pretty quickly (no line). One of the staff members was a little slow on the uptake but the guy who made my sandwich was fast enough. Although I realized the guy who took my order didn't ask about my "side (bread, chips or apple) and the chips were the default. No prob. I got the bread and the chips. I really liked the ambiance of the place. Nice seating, nicely arranged with pleasant lighting and nice soft jazz playing through the speakers. It was a nice change from the super busy Panera Bread place in my home turf which are always packed and noisy. I really liked this Panera.

After a long hiatus from this chain and this location due to its being a victim of its own success and falling into disrepair and just getting filthy, I happened to try it again Was slightly cleaner, but silverware was dirty. Something in my salad didn't taste right, I took a drink, and my stomach starting turning. I got sick shortly after leaving and am at home recovering. NEVER again

I was extremely disappointed that on my last visit I was given a Caesar Salad when I paid for a Shrimp Salad Roll. I had ordered take out and didn't notice until I was back at the office and it was too late. The cashier also forgot to give me a cup for the self-serve Tropical Hibiscus Tea and had to ask the barista for one. However, the line moves quickly considering how many hungry people come to this location at lunch time. Managers are very friendly and have been offered samples and cookies while dining here. This cookie monster thinks that's a major plus!

This Panera location is well run, with managers who are on top of things. We have been frequent customers in the 4 years since they've opened, and things have only gotten better with time. Occasionally, I see a new employee who obviously doesn't want to be there, and they don't last long. The chain continues to update their menu, and seasonal items are holiday favorites in our house.

This location of Panera was very busy at lunchtime, but they were very efficiently processing everyone's orders - except those who wanted a panini. Something had happened to the panini griller, but apparently they got it working again. Many of us had to wait a bit longer than normal. Unfortunately they had set up my mac 'n cheese on the counter while we all waited for the panini, so you guessed it, it got lukewarm. When the panini finally came off the grill, they tried to put it on the wrong plate. I'm sure they can do better, but this visit wasn't so great. The food was like any other Panera, consistently tasty.

Super weird/unfriendly cashier/barista. She said she had never heard of the drink I asked her to make (chocolate chai... Not that exotic). She then proceeded to put her nose in my drink and smell it, saying "it doesn't smell like I thought it would." Seriously!?!? The Gouda and sausage soufflé is awesome... The only reason for 3 stars.

I normally love Panera, and given that I live in Center City Philly, it's a treat when I make my way to one. This one was definitely sub-par. We got there after 8 and ordered (3 people, each ordered a you-pick-two). First thing they told us was that they were out of multigrain baguettes. Fine, I'll take a slice of multigrain bread. We get to the pick-up counter, no multigrain bread. No chicken and wild rice soup either. My sandwich was thrown together...the turkey was like a blob in the middle of the bread. Panera, I love you, but this experience was pretty bad. I know it was toward the end of the evening, but cmon.

I love this place! Come here if you like some study time. Most of the time is quite. Free iced coffee refills! Idk about hot coffee. I'm sure I'm the only one who gets iced coffee in freezing weather lol! Mall is across the street. You will always find parking. This is the perfect little place

Panera Bread is much like Corner Bakery, but a bit less sophisticated. The menus are very similar. I got some kind of Chipotle panini and it was pretty good. It's too bad that the turkey inside was still a litte cold. Is it supposed to be like that? Anyway, the place just opened within the past 2-3 months. The seating is great and there's a great view of the mall Cheesecake Factory side (where I wish I was instead). I think the pastries are a bit overpriced, but then again I say that about everywhere. My bill was just under $10 for a panini combo (panini... choice of bread, soup, or salad, and a refillable drink). There were mostly old people inside. Eh, oh well. Anyway, I might check it out again some time.

Because of this Panera Bread's proximity to King of Prussia, Costco, and the movie theater, I've been here at least 4 times. Each time, some different person manages to get my order wrong. Don't get me wrong, I love Panera bread, but the service that this location provides is horrible! The first time I ordered a panini and I stood there for at least 15 minutes before I went up and asked about my order. It turns out, "it never went through" (although the charge on my credit card certainly did!) The mistakes made in the second/third orders were also relatively small but irritating to fix. How hard is it to take an order for a salad or a sandwich?? Usually the place is pretty empty too =/ I think the 4th time is the last straw. They messed up the salad that I ordered (I asked them to omit some ingredients because of allergy restrictions) and when I checked the receipt, saw they charged me for "extra"! So I got back in line holding my salad like a huge idiot, and after a 20minute wait (even though there were only 2 customers ahead of me), it took 5 different people another 20minutes to solve the issue. In total I probably spent about 45minutes just waiting to get the right food. They refunded me the "extras" charge, but not the cost of the total bill (about $8). I"m trying not to gripe about 8 bucks, but a 45minute wait is kind of ridiculous. Passing on this Panera forever =/ Hopefully other Paneras in this area will be better.
